Saturday League Pier Matches

Matches are fished to LSBSAC Minimum Fish Sizes.  If fishing a peg with a committee member present, fish may be weighed, recorded and returned straight away.  If fishing the free zone on the pier near a member of the committee, fish can be weighed, recorded and returned straight away.  Maximum of 3 eels (committee member must be present to weigh and return straight away) otherwise eels cannot be weighed in.  Maximum 3 Mackerel and 3 Herring to be weighed in.

Members receive 10 points for first place, second place receives 9 points, 3rd 8pts, 4th 7pts, 5th 6pts, 6th 5pts, 7th 4pts, 8th 3pts, 9th 2pts, 10th 1pt.  All members who fish receive 1pt, even if they have blanked.  Longest fish on the night receives a further 5 points.
